Jill Whitaker was the wife of James Whitaker who was kept hidden in the Lab with her son Lukas. When she discovered what her husband was really doing she broke Abby Grant out of the Lab. Once Abby was free she was captured by Whitaker's security who imprisoned her. She pleaded with them to let her go and told them she wished to see her husband, Dr. James Whitaker, over and over again. Eventually James Whitaker came to see her and was very angry with what she had done. He then left her in a secure room as she had been infected by the virus.

Once Abby and her group came to investigate the lab, Fiona Douglas said 'she was infected by the Virus', confirming that Jill had in fact died.
